Jerk Pork…sort of

just an impromptu roasted mix of white pepper, indian mustard, 
jamaican pimento, bhut jolokia, scotch bonnett, 
and coarse sea salt.
It just happens to taste beter than anything I’ve ever bought.

I often dream flavors.  It’s as if the spirits of those flavors are contacting me to host a party and coordinate their performance.  Though, they pretty much tell me what they want.  And, they always dazzle their audience.
