Sashimi and the Noble Spice

Is sashimi good enough by itself?  Well, it better be, else you better cook it.  But, if its good enough by itself, its even better with a dusting of one of the four Noble Spices.  Check out The Grand P’poppy at the bottom left, Sweet Black Masala above, and Fennesse to the right.  Each of these blends is roasted to the peak of its aroma.  A little dusting compliments each slice of this succulent raw salmon purchased from The Flying Fish Company.
